Right click the deadlock.exe shortcut you just made, click on "properties" and in compatibility tab set compatibility mode to windows XP Service Pack 3, tick reduced color mode and choose 8-bit (256) color and tick "Run in 640 to 480 screen resolution". go to your Steam folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Deadlock2), create shortcut from the deadlock.exe and put it on desktop.ĥ. Go to: Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off -> Legacy components and tick DirectPlay. If you have to replace make backup of the original file.ģ.
